Core

What a video site uses every day

Videos & types

Types, filters, search, detail, play, download. Front paths /, /type/{id}, /show, /search, /vod/{id}, /play/{id}.

Collect

Batch ingest from resource-site APIs. Admin shows progress. The web-collect plugin can trial HTML, RSS, or JSON first. Intranet URLs are rejected.

Player

Multiple sources and lines. Danmaku and in-player chat are plugins — their entries leave the play page when off.

Members

Sign-up, profile, favorites, points. The pay plugin handles WeChat / Alipay / EasyPay top-ups. The points shop redeems VIP time or codes — no WeChat or Alipay.

Topics / actors / news

/topics, /actors, /arts, /latest. Topics group titles, actors link works, news is separate from videos.

Themes & tags

Default theme is resources/views/themes/default/. The admin tag wizard builds lists, SEO, paging, and prev/next with @vod*.

Admin

Admin is grouped into workbenches, not a wall of menus

Video workbench

Videos, types, players, collect sources. Progress is visible. If a run drops, raise PHP timeout and nginx fastcgi_read_timeout above 300.

System & monitor

Health, cron, database backups. The monitor page prints the schedule:run line for this machine so BT Panel does not pick php-fpm.

Help workbench

Env, Laravel, Docker, and cron notes live in admin. After install, read Help before you change settings.

Theme editor

Theme files can be edited in admin. The code-editor plugin highlights Blade and @vod; off returns a plain textarea.

Growth

Pay, coupons, shop, and social are plugins

Community sites often list “third-party pay and 3-level promo”. V12 splits billing. Missing keys never fake success.

Payments

WeChat / Alipay official, plus EasyPay and DfPay. Points are added after a verified callback.

Coupons

Cash top-ups can discount. The points shop does not use coupons. A 100% off to zero is rejected.

Points shop

Redeem points for VIP time, codes, or merch. No WeChat or Alipay.

Member social

Follows, feeds, and shares have tables and admin. Check-in already lives in core user activity.
